Terra Consulting is a consulting firm specialized in providing advisory services in the field of agricultural financing.
Terra Littera is a private company from Novi Sad, Serbia whose main activity is providing farmers and growers with advisory services that are connected to proper use of grants from EU and IPA funds intended for rural development. TL works closely with farmers on common goals of adopting good practices in production in terms of sustainability and environmental protection. In this process TL also delivers necessary and relevant information to farmers about the benefits of implementing digital technologies to production processes. TL provides clients with software and hardware aimed at optimizing their agricultural production and becoming competitive on the market.
TL was founded in 2012, and until today they have completed over 200 projects in IPA programs, around 50 projects in World Bank programs and have about 30 ongoing projects that are focused on rural tourism. TL has an extensive portfolio of more than 500 farmers, cooperatives and agricultural companies.

Activities in the project
Terra Littera Will lead Pilot #1 that covers 205 ha of land divided into two parcels equipped with center-pivot irrigation systems.
More specifically, Terra will evaluate both existing and new practices from societal, regulatory, and technological perspectives, while assessing the prerequisites for possible adoption and uptake of the innovative solutions. They will foster a community of knowledge and shared purpose among actors involved, integrate Irrigation, and fertilization systems into pilot production processes, and develop insight and mechanisms for safe and environmentally responsible use of sewage sludge and other biowaste streams. Additionally, they will demonstrate and validate innovative irrigation schemes, assessing their socioeconomic, environmental, and health impacts.
