Insel Santorin, der Heimat einiger der \u00e4ltesten wurzelechten Weinberge der Welt, die seit \u00fcber 3.500 Jahren bewirtschaftet werden. Der einzigartige vulkanische Boden der Insel \u2013 bestehend aus Lava, Asche und Bimsstein \u2013 bietet eine fruchtbare landwirtschaftliche Grundlage und erm\u00f6glicht den Anbau hochwertiger Trauben. Santorins Kouloura-Erziehungsmethode, die die Trauben vor starkem Wind sch\u00fctzt, ist ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die innovativen landwirtschaftlichen Praktiken der Insel. Aufgrund ihrer K\u00fcstenn\u00e4he steht die Insel vor Herausforderungen wie schlechter Grundwasserqualit\u00e4t und Salzgehalt, was nachhaltige Bew\u00e4sserungsl\u00f6sungen erforderlich
